Little Peas submits claims directly to your insurance company following your appointment. Once insurance processes the claim, you will receive a bill with details on your patient responsibility. Payment is due at the time of service for self-pay patients. We accept cash, credit (including HSA), and checks.
Little Peas Speech Therapy is an "in-network" preferred provider for Regency BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, United Healthcare, PacificSource Health Plans including Legacy+ Health Plans, Cigna, Moda Health, Aetna, Providence Health Plan (Signature Network, Choice Network, and Extend PPO Network) and Zelis. With appropriate Pre-Authorization we can provide in-network level services to Intel's Providence Health Plans. We are also contracted with Kaiser Permanente to see members who receive an appropriate referral from Kaiser directly.
We are an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies at this time. We provide documentation including diagnosis codes and procedure codes which are required by your insurance company so that you may submit a claim for reimbursement.
